Carreira na Gringa

@ayama.design

We were invited by Ágata Yamashiro, a UX Designer with over 9 years of international experience at companies like Shell and IBM, to create the visual identity for the "Carreira na Gringa" course.

The visual identity was developed by the Decodifica studio in partnership with the Meia Volta studio, with illustrations signed by @henriquepetrus. The project features a flexible illustration system that can be composed in various ways, creating different visual narratives.

A visual project strategically designed to connect with the language of the @ayama.design profile.

The course was developed for design professionals who wish to migrate their UX careers abroad, offering a structured action plan with planning, security, and practical guidance — even for those who have never had international experience. The methodology straightforwardly addresses all the necessary steps, from choosing the ideal country to preparing for interviews and selection processes. ✨

The visual project was designed to connect harmoniously with Ágata's Instagram profile, which already serves as a source of inspiration and information for the design universe. The logo features a bold, casual, and fun language, while maintaining professional commitment to the course's purpose, reflecting its accessible and practical approach to helping professionals worldwide build an international career in UX.
